RiDEi is a fully instructed indoor training program that is structured to increase your strength and endurance. This means that at the end of the winter you will be fitter and faster and ready for the road in spring.

The program will consist of two 6 week blocks.

Tuesday morning at 6.00am for 60 minutes

  • Block 1: Tuesday 6th June - 11th of July  
  • Block 2: TBA

Wednesday night at 6:00pm for 60 minutes.

  • Block 1: Wednesday 7th June - 12th of July  
  • Block 2: TBA

Sunday morning at 8:30am for 70 minutes.

  • Block 1: Sunday 11th June - 16th of July  
  • Block 2: TBA


 A CycleOps SuperMagneto Pro magnetic resistance trainer, riser block and mat will be provided for all participants. Sessions will held at Level 1, 46 Brisbane Street, above the Cycle2... store. 

What to bring?

  • H2O,
  • Towel,
  • Bike computer with a cadence sensor.(Crucial for program).
  • A hat to catch your sweat.
  • Warm jumper or jacket to put on after the class.
  • A road/tt/hybrid and most mtb bikes.
  • Cycling shoes and clothes


$108.00 for a 1 session block (1 session a week for an 8 week block) or $195.00 for a 2 session block (2 sessions a week for an 6 week block)
